Member Responsibilities
Each member promises to abide by regulations set by eTradeEasy and shall:
- agree to provide accurate, correct and up-to-date information about itself and its products and services.
- be responsible to maintain and amend its given information to keep it current on this website.
- agree and warrants that they do not give fraudulent information or make fraudulent offers of items to cheat or defraud other people.
- not post and upload any information that is obscene or contain any pornography or sex-related merchandising.
- not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity and privacy.
- not circulate news and products that will cause discrimination arising from sex, race, religion, nationality and whatever reasons.
- not upload any computer virus or not attempt to cause damages to our computer equipment and databases.
- not transfer the use of login ID and password to other parties that are outsides the scope of your company.
eTradeEasy's Authority
- We reserve the right to block any news and information circulating on this website if we think that it is destructive and is detrimental to our company's image.
- We reserve the right to remove any obscene or sexual representations on this website at our own discretion and nobody can object to our decision.
- We can terminate the use of this website by any buyers and suppliers without any prior notice if we think that continual use will further harm our interests. If this case happens, suppliers who have paid the fees will be returned the amount of subscription fees that are allocated to the unused portion of the subscription period.
- We reserve the right to stop the free membership of buyers at any times with prior notice as a business decision.
- We have the right to use and publish the information posted on this web for promotional purposes.
- We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time according to our company policy.
